A record of visits, without cookies
When a page is viewed, we record the page, the site from which you arrived, your approximate location and the organisation associated with your network connection, as published in public registries. The IP address is used at the moment of the visit and is not stored, and nothing is stored in your browser. The purpose is to understand the interest the firm attracts among organisations, and the lawful basis is our legitimate interest. This information may be incorporated into our client relationship records. It is processed on our behalf by our technology providers, kept within the European Union for no longer than 14 months, and you may object to it at any time by writing to us.
Links included in our own correspondence may carry a reference code. When such a link is opened, the visit may be associated with its recipient, for the same purpose and on the same terms.
Analytics cookies, only with your consent
With your consent, we also use analytics cookies, our own and those of a third-party provider, to understand how this site is read. Nothing is loaded until you accept, and declining leaves no cookie at all. Advertising and profiling features are switched off: the firm does not advertise. You may withdraw your consent at any time: Cookie preferences. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
Who processes the data
Our service providers (hosting, network and security, analytics, email and client relationship management) act as processors under contract and on our instructions. Where a provider is established outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
What the server records
The web server keeps a log of requests (IP address, date and page requested) for security purposes for 30 days, after which it is deleted. This site uses no advertising pixels and no social network content; its typefaces and scripts are served from this domain.
If you write to us
The contact form first sends you an email to confirm your request; once you confirm, your name, role, organisation, email, type of mandate and message reach our mailbox. Nothing is stored on this website: we keep only an anonymous fingerprint of the connection and of the address, for 30 days, to limit abuse. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the sender is a person without using cookies for advertising.
Information sent by email is used to reply and, should an engagement follow, to manage it. The rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection may be exercised by writing to info@jghpartners.com, and a complaint may be lodged with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Information about people and companies
Assessment information is processed only under a signed engagement letter and the data processing terms that accompany it, and never through this website.
